In-Home Supports waiver covers in-home and community services only — it does not pay for residential placement in New Hampshire. The program serves children with developmental disabilities.
Enrollment and service authorization go through your case manager or support coordinator. They confirm eligibility, authorize the budget, and help select a provider.
In-Home Supports waiver does not fund residential placements. In New Hampshire, residential care can be funded through Choices for Independence (CFI) waiver, Developmental Disabilities (DD) waiver, Acquired Brain Disorder (ABD) waiver — talk to your case manager or support coordinator about switching or adding a program.
