Fee-for-service LTSS with ACC (Regional Accountable Entities) covers in-home and community services only — it does not pay for residential placement in Colorado. The program serves all Medicaid.
Enrollment and service authorization go through your case manager, typically via your Case Management Agency (CMA). They confirm eligibility, authorize the budget, and help select a provider.
Fee-for-service LTSS with ACC (Regional Accountable Entities) does not fund residential placements. In Colorado, residential care can be funded through HCBS-EBD (Elderly, Blind and Disabled) waiver, HCBS-DD (Developmental Disabilities, comprehensive) waiver, HCBS-BI (Brain Injury) waiver — talk to your case manager about switching or adding a program.
