Home and Community Based (HCB) waiver does not fund residential placements. In Kentucky, residential care can be funded through Supports for Community Living (SCL), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and ABI Long-Term Care — talk to your case manager or support coordinator about switching or adding a program.
